Forgive for Good - Dr Fred Luskin
Forgiveness does not mean forgetting or excusing what has happened. Forgiveness does mean deciding to put yourself and your health first and to reclaim control over your wellbeing. For people going through separation and divorce there is often pain and hurt.  In order to move on and heal, we need to learn how to forgive for our own good.  This is not a forgiveness that you were taught as a child, you may never let the other person know you have forgiven them. This is about moving through what has happened and focusing on yourself. Luskin has created a roadmap for learning how to forgive.
